FEED! is a platform format for sharing work in progress in a multidisciplinary artistic context and experiment together how to give and receive feedbacks.
Are you working with performance (dance, theatre, music, puppetry, circus…) or is your work performative (writing, visual art, architecture, dramaturgy, scenography, costume design..) and would you like to open your process to an audience of artists to receive feedbacks? Are you interested in methodologies of feed-backing? Or are you just curious to come and be part of a multidisciplinary community of artists? Then FEED! might interest you!

FEED! will take place once a month in Brussels from October on. The event is organized by Margherita Dello Sbarba and Alexandros Anastasiadis (uncanny paradise vzw). It is born from the desire to create a safe and friendly environment to experiment on how to ask for feedbacks and how to give them. As makers we recognize the benefits of receiving feedbacks during a process of creation and we want to create a place where this can be practiced, where peers can exchange knowledge and experience. The participation is free of charge and for now no fundings are involved.
WHAT WE OFFER:

space for you to share your work in progress. This will be done in a studio setting with basic installations and we can not offer any technical equipment.

Studio 6x7 with black dance floor

Mediation for the feedbacks: we will be in contact with you before the event to decide together which methodology of feedbacks might be more useful for your specific project.

Snacks, community and good vibes.

Every evening we will present 3 work in progress. Each work will have more or less one hour time for presentation and feedbacks.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
The open call for the 2025 FEED! events is open from now till 21st of September..
To present your work we ask you to fill this form till 21.09.2025 at 00.00 with:
-short presentation of yourself
-short presentation of your work
-what would you like to get from the feedbacks.
We would like to make the evenings as various as possible, we don’t select based on your project, it is not an evaluation! We ask you the above mentioned information to be able to curate the events. Ideally we would like everybody who is interested to be able to show their work, and in case we receive too many application for the months October to December we will talk with you for 2026.
